We apply an even layer of screened topsoil, compost, or a soil-and-compost blend using our ECO 250 top-dressing machine. Top dressing helps improve soil quality, fill minor low spots, and support a healthier, thicker lawn.

Core aeration removes small plugs of soil to reduce compaction and allow more water, air, and nutrients to reach the grass roots.

Grass seed is applied after aeration and top dressing to help fill thin or bare areas and improve the overall thickness of the lawn.

Our complete package includes core aeration, overseeding, and machine-applied top dressing for better seed-to-soil contact and improved lawn growth.
